In 2018, while on a search for some vacant land around the Calabogie area, I came across a lot listed with Queenswood Real Estate. I called to inquire and I was greeted by Jamie Sabourin, he promptly met me at the listed land for a showing. Even though I didn’t buy the land I was so impressed with Jamie’s warm personality and courteous demeanor, I decided to retain his services to help me with my search. After a few months of searching, Jamie’s patience paid off and we found a beautiful 10 acre lot near Stewartville.

In 2020, while encountering some life changes, I decided to move from Deep River ON back to the Ottawa Region. I called Jamie and enlisted his services. In a very aggressive and very inflated market, Jamie’s patience, his ability to read situations and extensive experience paid off again. I managed to purchase of house at asking price without a bidding war.

A year later, after consulting Jamie, I sold the very same house for almost double what I originally purchased it for. After referring him to my sister, Jamie sold her house at a huge profit as well.

In 2022, Jamie and I were back at it again. We found a little gem in Kemptville at a very reasonable price so I decided to purchase it. Being a short term investment, I consulted with Jamie to see what would make the property more desirable and increase it’s value. I implemented his ideas and a year later, the property sold for a nice profit.

I refer and recommend Jamie to all my friends and family, Jamie always promptly return my calls and we meet monthly to catch up on things and discuss future ventures.
