  • This is where we get to personally know each other and fact find your unique requirements.

  • QTEAM then does the appropriate research and reports back to you, every step of the way.

  • You will now know how to price your home and consider how certain improvements (eg Staging,painting etc) will add to your bottom line.

  • QTEAM then shows you their Unique marketing approach which includes using a unique Dynamic QR code for your your listing which can be displayed on the for sale sign, and on open house signs in your neighbourhood which will take them to a Google Map to your home location

  • For rural locations the QR codes will display the listing or a map to the property because the signs are usually located near a main road or highway away from the actual property. This greatly increases your traffic.

  • Once an offer comes in, QTEAM under your direction and feedback will negotiate on your behalf.

  • Every effort will be made to take the stress out of the entire process.

  • Upon completion QTEAM does a follow-up and feedback with you to see what could be improved on our part and to answer any lingering questions.
